McALLEN — An arrest warrant has been issued for Cruz Sanchez for failure to register as a sex offender, a third-degree felony, in McAllen Municipal Court.
Cruz Sanchez is required by law to register as a sex offender for life, as he was convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault in Illinois.
Sanchez is described as a Hispanic male, 38 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 200 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
