PHARR — Owassa Road between Jackson and North Sugar Road will be closed today until next Friday, the Texas Department of Transportation announced.
A detour will be set up to divert drivers and only local traffic will be allowed through.
IOC Company, a contractor for TxDOT, will be installing water lines parallel to the roadway during the closure.
