BROWNSVILLE — The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce held its Women in Leadership Luncheon at the Brownsville Events Center on Tuesday, with U.S. Border Patrol Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez delivering the keynote address for the sold-out event.
