U.S. Rep. Mayra Flores invites all high school and middle school students who reside in the 34th District of Texas to attend a Military Service Academy Day at the Robert B. Buchanan Performing Arts and Instructional Center Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Hanna Early College High School, 2615 E. Price Road, in Brownsville.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with military service academy representatives from branches of the U.S. military services.
Parents are encouraged to attend the event, which is free and open to the public, said Flores, R-Los Indios.
