Some portions of Rancho Viejo will be without power this afternoon.
AEP has alerted Rancho Viejo officials that there will be a scheduled outage starting at 1 p.m. today that could last anywhere from two to eight hours.
The areas to be affected include Cortez, Bolivar, Rancho Nuevo Subdivision and El Dorado.
Email alerts were sent out to Rancho Viejo residents about the upcoming power outage.
