La Joya high school offers second dose of vaccines

LA JOYA — Hidalgo County and the La Joya Independent School District announced a second-dose clinic of the Moderna vaccine for all who received their first dose at Juarez-Lincoln High School on Feb. 11.

The second dose of the vaccine will be administered at the same high school, 7801 W. Mile 7 Road in Mission, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday. Only those who received their first dose at the high school there on Feb. 11 will be eligible to participate in the event.

There is no preregistration for the event and no overnight parking is necessary.
