The Texas Department of Transportation announced Wednesday evening that there will be road closures in McAllen beginning Thursday morning.
In a news release, TxDOT announced that contractor Anderson Columbia will begin placing concrete pavement at the intersection of the Interstate 2 eastbound frontage and Main Street.
The closure is expected to last from 8 a.m. Thursday through 5 p.m. Friday, May 15.
