Former President Bill Clinton will be in Edinburg on Monday in support of fellow Democrat and congressional District 15 candidate Michelle Vallejo.
The 42nd president will be joining the Vallejo campaign at 3:30 p.m. at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance, located at 118 Paseo Del Prado in Edinburg, following his visit in Laredo where is scheduled to stump for U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo.
Vallejo is running for the District 15 congressional seat against Republican candidate Monica De La Cruz.
Cuellar is running a reelection campaign against Republican newcomer Cassy Garcia for District 28. That event will take place at the Laredo Police Association Unity Hall at 10:30 a.m.
