The Brownsville Independent School District said the district will be holding a first dose vaccination clinic on Saturday for BISD employees.
The district says it received 1,000 doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
The clinic will be held at 8 a.m., March 6, at Veterans Memorial Early College High School located at 4550 U.S. Military Hwy 281.
The clinic is only for BISD employees. All staff must pre-register online to receive the vaccine. The form will be available beginning at 9 a.m. Friday.
Employees who do not have internet access, may call the district’s main line at (956) 548.8000 for help with registration. No walk-ins will be allowed at the vaccination clinic and employees must present a valid photo ID and must always remain in their vehicles.
