The La Sara Independent School District has suspended its summer food program indefinitely after a district employee tested positive for coronavirus.
In a letter posted on Facebook, superintendent Alejos Salazar Jr., said suspending the food distribution was in abundance of caution.
“We will resume distribution of meals once we have confirmed that it is safe to do so,” Salazar said.
