McALLEN — Food sizzled and cooked here Tuesday at McAllen ISD’s inaugural Grill Wars, the district’s first foray into competitive barbecuing.

Dutch Bros Coffee broke ground on its latest location in the Rio Grande Valley on Friday, according to the Economic Development Corporation of Weslaco.
