Reading about the problem with parking around the Baxter Building, I would like to add another solution to the matter.
There is an old auto repair shop on the corner of Jackson and Commerce
that has been closed for over a year now.
That area can be made into a pretty large parking area that would not only help the Baxter but the neighboring businesses and the beautiful artwork behind it. Take that into consideration.
Just some input to the city crisis on parking and fire safety.
