I encourage residents to research the candidates and their views.
I also recommend they check the Cameron County tax website to see if your district’s candidates have delinquent property taxes.
These individuals are asking our permission to create and implement tax policies in our city.
They should be asked tough questions if they themselves have delinquent taxes, especially over many years.
A public servant who cannot manage their own business should not be allowed to manage the business of Harlingen.
