Re: Cruise ships – a good portof- call here. As an example, we were in Skagway, Alaska, for a few days during their summer season and were amazed with every morning two cruise ships came in and left every evening.
According to a few residents, approximately 900,000 visitors every year (look it up).
They don’t have a beach, but ours has a bad reputation of unleashed dogs which police say not their jurisdiction and wonder who does enforce beach rules and assess fines.
