Detectives have a kidnapping warrant for Francia Joseline Villegas, according to a press release, which states that Child Protective Services took Villegas’ daughter, Paris Gomez, away from her due to a previous arrest.

Police spokesman J.J. Trevino said as of mid-Tuesday morning Villegas still hadn’t been caught. She was last seen walking toward the Gateway International Bridge in Brownsville, according to the press release.
