Each year, Imagine Learning – the developer of award-winning digital language, literacy, and math programs used by K-12 students across the nation and worldwide – recognizes schools for their exemplary use of Imagine Learning programs.
Principal Gracie Martinez and various members of her staff were recently recognized by the San Benito CISD Board of Trustees for having been named an Imagine Nation Beacon School for the 2016-2017 school year.
La Encantada Elementary was nominated for a Beacon School award for their innovative use of the “Imagine Language & Literacy” and “Imagine Español” programs. This particular award is presented to schools that have used the program regularly throughout the school year according to Imagine Learning’s usage recommendations that are intended to help students attain the maximum results from the program.
This year, 63 Beacon Schools were awarded for excellence in their partnerships with Imagine Nation as well as effective and innovative implementation of the Imagine Learning programs.
