Police in search of three men connected to Boggus Ford burglary

HARLINGEN — Police are in search of three men in connection to a burglary at the Boggus Ford Dealership.

The suspects allegedly got away with money and checks after ransacking the offices.

Harlingen police detectives and crime scene technicians investgated the scene and retrieved video surveillance footage.

As a result of an extensive investigation, detectives have made one arrest and have identified three additional subjects.

The arrested subject was identified as Danielle Antoinette Jacobs, 24, of Houston.

She was picked up at the Refugio County Jail on August 22 on an arrest warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Three arrest warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity, a 3rd degree felony, have been issued for the following men: James Bradley Maher, 27, of Pearland, Texas; Justin Michael Miller, 20, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Joshua Skipper, 27, of Houston.

At approximately 7:14 a.m. on August 21 Harlingen police responded to the Boggus Ford Dealership located at 2521 S. Expressway 77 in reference to a burglary of a building.

Investigation revealed that unknown subjects had gained forced entry into the building through a Southside glass door.

Police said, Once inside, the subjects cut open a safe and removed checks and US currency.
