Anyone who filed a claim for hail damage recently and did not use the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association website is missing the boat.
This is undoubtedly one of the best designed websites in the entire world.
Everything is simple. Everything is there. How many times have you used a website where it told you to click on ABC to go to XYZ only to find there is no ABC to click on?
Not with TWIA. It is the simplest, most thorough site that has ever been created. This organization should be congratulated for its design.
Besides that the people at the Windstorm Association are so accommodating it makes the process of filing a claim one of the easiest things I have ever done online.
These people are doing an amazing job. Businesses should take note.
