HARLINGEN — A Harlingen man was arrested after police said he exposed himself to a woman.
On Friday, police were called to the 1200 block of Fair Park Blvd near the splash park. The woman told police she had been approached by a man, later identified as Raul Adame Jr, 32, who attempted to start a conversation with her.
Police said Adame followed the woman to her car and after locking herself in for safety he exposed himself to her.
Adama was arrested and charged with a class B misdemeanor for indecent exposure.
His bond was set at $2,600.
