VMS readers that read the Community Forum on a regular basis may have read where I’ve stated more than once that the liberal mainstream broadcast and print media is America’s greatest enemy.
Unlike liberals that write to this forum and make statements without backing them up, I will add one more reason why the liberal media will one day lead to the destruction of our Constitutional Republic.
Last Tuesday, the NY Times (ny slime) headline was: Comey Memo Says Trump Asked Him to End Flynn Investigations.
On 5/17/17, D-Texas, 9th District representative Al Green, on the basis of the NY Times story, called for Trump’s impeachment for obstruction, on the House floor.
Of course the liberal print media; USA Today; CNN.com; MSNBC.com; Chron.com; the Huffington Post; etc. along with all the liberal broadcast media made sure to give Mr. Green his 15 minutes of fame.
Problem is, the whole story is fake news.
Reporting like that right there is the reason that most of the 62.8 million of us that voted for Donald Trump have absolutely no use for the liberal, lying, fake news mainstream media.
On 5/18/17 (4:40 p.m.) Zero Hedge – Comey Admits Under Oath That Obstruction to Investigations Never Happened.
Testifying under oath in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 3, Comey stated that he has not been pressured to close an investigation for political purposes.”
‘Not in my experiences. Because it would be a big deal to tell the FBI to stop something like that … without an appropriate purpose.”
Will the liberal Trump hating media correct the NY Times and Congressman Green with the same speed and vigor as they condemned Trump with?
