Chamber of Commerce raises $1,000 for Harlingen Arts & Heritage Museum

HARLINGEN — The Harlingen Chamber of Commerce hosted a check presentation at the Harlingen Arts & Heritage Museum on Wednesday, April 5.

The museum received $1,000 as part of the partial proceeds raised during the chamber’s 1st Annual Ales & Tails Fest on March 18.

The presentation took place at 10 a.m. in the museum lobby located at 2425 Boxwood St. in Harlingen.

Members present included: Chamber Board Members, Josh Fields, Daniel Listi and Ricky Leal; Chamber President & CEO, Chris Gonzales; Leadership Harlingen Steering Committee Chair, Kyle Orgera; Ruthie Ewers and Director of Arts & Entertainment for the City of Harlingen, Joel Humphries.

The Chamber recognizes the importance of donating to local charities and encourages its members to participate in great events that are for a good cause.
