HARLINGEN – The Harlingen Police Department is asking for help identifying and finding the woman seen in surveillance photos taken at a cosmetics store.
The woman was inside the Ulta Beauty store in the Harlingen Corners Shopping Center on March 11 when more than $1,300 in merchandise was stolen.
Police say the theft happened at 2:40 p.m.
