SOUTH PADRE ISLAND – One person was stabbed and three others assaulted today at the South Padre Island Convention Centre during BikeFest.
The suspects fled the scene.
Three people, including the person who was stabbed, were taken to the hospital with what police believe are nonlife-threatening injuries.
The fourth person was treated at the scene and refused transport to a hospital.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
The nature of the assaults was not immediately clear.
