The Texas Department of Transportation is repaving a large section of I-69E, Expressway 77, requiring them to temporarily close the southbound ramp of SH 550.
The ramp will be closed for two weeks during the evenings beginning Thursday, July 28 through Friday, Aug. 5 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
All other ramp locations on the SH 550 will remain open to traffic.
The Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority, along with TxDOT, urge drivers to take necessary precaution to traffic and work crews in the area.
