HARLINGEN — The Cameron County Sheriff’s Department has identified the 32-year-old woman found dead inside a black Durango Saturday morning as Cassandra Leann Saldana from Harlingen.
According to Sheriff Eric Garza, deputies were dispatched to the alleyway between Kroger and Washman avenues after receiving a call Saturday around 11:06 a.m. reporting a suspicious vehicle with an unresponsive woman inside.
Garza said no further information was available at the moment, pending the autopsy.
