TSC to hold classes remotely during fall semester

Texas Southmost College President Jesus Roberto Rodriguez has announced that students who plan to attend the community college in the fall semester will do it remotely.

In a message from Rodriguez, he said the Board of Trustees unanimously agreed to extend remote learning due to the coronavirus outbreak.

“Continuing to value the health and safety of the students, faculty, and staff as priority, the Board has chosen to continue serving student remotely in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.” Rodriguez stated.

Students, faculty and staff at TSC transitioned to remote learning since spring break which is about the time COVID-19 started to spread around the state.
