The Cameron County Judge’s Office announced the county will be hosting a “Road to Recycling- Tire Disposal” event that will take place throughout the county on Saturday.
The locations and times are the following:
>> 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Brownsville at 9061 N. Oklahoma.
>> 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Brownsville at 2100 Avenida Gregory
>> 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Brownsville at 7092 Old Alice Rd.
>> 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in San Benito at 26945 FM 510.
>> 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in La Feria at 26641 White Ranch Rd.
>>7:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. in Harlingen at 4900 E. Harrison Ave.
All places have a four tire limit with the exception of La Feria, which has a limit of six.
Attendees must show ID and a current utility bill.
The event is in collaboration with Rio Grande Valley cities, counties and the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council.
