Actor and YouTuber Parker Coppins brought a giant check with him when he visited Loaves & Fishes in Harlingen.
The Harlingen native donated nearly $5,500 to the homeless shelter. Much of the money came from Facebook donations, plus merchandise he sold and live streaming.
Coppins, also known as “ParkerGames” on YouTube and host of Parker Plays on Disney, lived and worked in Los Angeles before returning to the Valley.
