Romeo Santos’ tour includes Edinburg stop

Romeo Santos, also known as “The King of Bachata,” will stop by Edinburg during his “Formula Vol. 3” tour in North America.

Santos will play Oct. 20 at the Bert Ogden Arena, located at 4900 S I-69 C.

Pre-sale for the show begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 16.

Sale for the general public is slated for 10 a.m. Friday, May 19.

Tickets can be purchased at www.formulavol3.com.

The tour will kick off June 3 in Inglewood, California.

In addition to his solo career, Santos was also in the group Aventura for more than two decades. The record-breaking global icon has worked as a singer, songwriter, performer, mogul, actor and producer.

He is credited as one of the most listened-to Latin artists on Spotify and watched on YouTube, according to the news release. He recently released his fifth solo album “Formula Vol. 3” last September.
