If you will be driving around later this evening or early Saturday morning, you are going to want to include some extra time in your commute.
A dense fog advisory has been issued for the entire Rio Grande Valley that will be in effect from 11 p.m. tonight until 9 a.m. Saturday, the National Weather Service in Brownsville/Rio Grande Valley reports.
In fact, the fog started to roll into some areas of the Valley at about 7 p.m. this evening.
The NWS reports there will be some hazardous driving conditions due to poor visibility.
If you are driving this evening or early Saturday morning, remember to slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
