The elections in Starr County hit a road bump Tuesday due to problems with their voting machines. Elections Administrator John Rodriguez confirmed they will be conducting a manual count and it is unknown when they will finish or when the results will be announced.
The two local runoff races there were for Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 and Precinct 4.
