A grand opening celebration will be held Tuesday afternoon for a new restaurant specializing in traditional Lebanese and Mexican cuisine, the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce announced.
The chamber and its Bienvendios Committee invites the public to celebrate Blue Eye Bistro’s grand opening at 6:30 p.m. in Rancho Viejo, where attendees will be able to sample the restaurant’s offerings and meet the team behind the bistro.
Blue Eye Bistro is located at 101 Carmen Ave. Ste. A.
“We are thrilled to welcome Blue Eye Bistro to the community,” President and CEO of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce Esmeralda Villarreal said in the release. “Their passion for creating flavorful, high-quality dishes and their dedication to providing a memorable dining experience reflect the vibrant spirit of our local culinary scene.”
The release notes of the bistro’s unique culinary experience by blending the rich flavors of Lebanese and Mexican traditions from freshly made mezze to flavorful tacos.
“We encourage everyone to come out, celebrate, and enjoy this new gem in Rancho Viejo,” Villarreal said.
