Lottery officials report Emilio Vasquez Sr. has claimed a $2.5 million top prize in the 100X THE CASH scratch off game.

The winning ticket was sold at the H-E-B Food Store in Port Isabel and for selling the winning ticket; the store is eligible for a $10,000 bonus.

Officials reports Vasquez claimed the first of four top prizes worth $2.5 million. 100X THE CASH offers over $136.4 million in total prizes.
