In addition to allegations that he sexually assaulted a 20-year-old man on June 28, Sepulveda is also now accused in an incident involving 17-year-old twin brothers just two nights later, on June 30.

From that incident stem the additional charges of sexual assault, official oppression, and violating the civil rights of a person in custody.

Bond was set at $200,000 for the charge of sexual assault, $150,000 for the civil rights charge, and $20,000 for the official oppression charge.

Last Wednesday, Justice of the Peace Jason Peña, Precinct 5, Place 1, set a $225,000 bond for one count sexual assault and one count of violating the civil rights of a person in custody. Sepulveda posted bond the following day.

Sepulveda turned himself into authorities yesterday to face the new charges. He remains in custody at the Hidalgo County Jail.
