Whether it’s swingsets or swimming pools, practice fields or parking spaces, Cameron County residents will have opportunities this week to tell county park officials what kind of amenities they want.

The Cameron County Parks and Recreation Department will host four meetings this week to get public input for its parks master plan, which will guide the department’s work for the next five to 10 years. Meetings will be held 6-7 p.m.:

>> Monday at El Centro Cultural in Cameron Park, 2100 Gregory Ave.

>> Tuesday at the Bob Clark Social Service Center, 9901 California Road

>>Wednesday at the Aurora de la Garza-Joe Rivera Annex Building, 1390 W. Expressway 83, San Benito

>> Friday at Bejarano-McFarland Community Park, 235 E. Michigan Ave., Port Isabel
