HARLINGEN — The National Weather Service has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory effective until 4:15 p.m. today for parts of Cameron County.
Heavy rain along I-69E due to thunderstorms is leading to small stream flooding. Two inches of rain has been recorded in some places.
The locations affected by the advisory include Los Fresnos, Rancho Viejo, Cameron Park, Brownsville, Southmost, Olmito and Lincoln Park.
