The City of Pharr is providing sandbags from noon to 8 p.m. from Tuesday to Thursday at six locations:
Pharr Events Center (3000 N. Cage Blvd.)
Pepe Salinas Civic Center (1011 W. Kelly Ave.)
Public Works (1015 E. Ferguson Ave.)
South Pharr Development and Research Center (850 W. Dicker Rd.)
Public Utilities (801 E. Sam Houston Blvd.)
Moore Road Sports Complex (201 W. Moore Rd.)
Residents are limited to six sandbags, and 12 for businesses. Self-service sandbags require proof of residency, which can be a utility bill.
