McALLEN — The City of McAllen’s Passport Division will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 as part of Passport Day.
Passport applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the city’s passport acceptance facility located on the first floor of the downtown parking garage on 221 S. 15h Street.
