The Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) unveiled the Blue Bell/TSWA Class 5A all-state baseball teams Friday with several Rio Grande Valley standouts earning statewide recognition. TSWA’s Class 6A all-state teams are scheduled to be released Saturday.

Catcher – Antonio Balboa, Weslaco East; David Benitez, Sharyland Pioneer (Tie).
