LaMantia takes oath of office as District 27’s first female Senator

BROWNSVILLE — U.S. District Judge Ricardo Hinojosa administered the oath of office to the newly elected District 27 state Sen. Morgan LaMantia on Friday in a ceremonial swearing-in.

LaMantia becomes the first female senator for the state of Texas for District 27.
