Accesses to all Cameron County beaches have been reopened.
County Judge Eddie Trevino Jr. ordered all accesses be opened at 9 a.m. Friday.
The affected accesses include Boca Chica Beach, and county beach accesses No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 on South Padre Island.
They were temporarily closed Thursday to vehicular traffic due to high tides, which make for undrivable land conditions.
During the temporary beach closures, county beach access areas including Isla Blanca Park and Andy Bowie County Park remained opened.
