The officers and executive members of the South Texas International Coin Club are excited to announce that the club will be hosting the second club meeting in its history.

Rene De La Garza, first vice president of the Texas Numismatic Association, will update the club on statewide coin news.

The meeting will start at 7 p.m. April 21 at the Brownsville Public Library Main Branch located at 2600 Central Blvd in Brownsville.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

Catalina Amaral serves as the club president as well as Texas Numismatic Association District 14 governor and is looking forward to meeting other coin collectors who wish to share their love of the hobby with friendship and comradery.

The club will have free door prize drawings as well a coin auction.

The membership dues for the club are $25 a year, and all members who join during the first two years will always be known as founding members.
