The Palmview Fire Department is currently working to douse a structure fire that turned into a grassfire.
Palmview Fire Chief Jerry Alaniz said the situation is ongoing and that the fire is at 1916 Perez Road.
Firefighters from Penitas, La Joya, Mission and Alton are assisting, Alaniz said.
As of 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, the situation was ongoing.
